Select a block of html in a template, Refactor=>Extract to Component. It should then:
0) Ask for:
0A) Component Directory (default to the same as the original component)
0B) Java package (default to the same as the original component)
0C) Java Superclass (default to the same as the original component)

1) Create the component files
2) Create the Java file
3) Copy the selected template into the new component HTML file
4) Copy any referenced bindings into the new component WOD file
5) Copy any referenced bound java methods to the new component Java file
6) Delete the selected template
7) Revalidate
8) Delete any unreferenced WOD declarations
9) Compare moved java methods to existing bindings, if none exist, delete java methods
