    hi mike

    i tried to reformat a few of my files and i see an issue with encoding
    in my files:

    <b>&nbsp;</b>
    test&nbsp;
    <b>test</b>

    reformats to

    <b>&amp;nbsp;</b>
    <b>test</b>

    is this intendend like this?

    but otherwise the formatting is fantastic!
