    Paul,

    It's unclear to me where to put the web.xml file (don't know what
    this is - but one thing at a time) and the LICENSE file. It seems
    like it's trying to copy web.xml out of the Contents directory, but I
    can't get it in there in the first place.

    Any help would be appreciated....
