You may want to check that you don't have Xcode running at the same
time you are trying to debug in Eclipse.
I've noticed that running or debugging my app in Eclipse while at the
same time I have Xcode running causes my application in Eclipse to
run really slow or not run at all.

Not sure if that's what you are experiencing though.
