double click and drag in html editor

Double clicking and dragging in html editor has the same stupid behaviour as Eclipse's default behaviour in the Java editor.

I've applied a similar patch to the HTMLDoubleClickStrategy as I used in the patch for the Java Editor (http://www.biffy-berlin.de/marc/doubleTripleClick_patch_322.zip)
