The EOGenerator preference "shouldAutoEOGeneratorOnBuild" checks only for .eomodeld changes. It should check also for .eotemplate file and .eogen file changes.

Patch attached. This assumes that the template files have the '.eotemplate' suffix. I hope this is a reasonable assumption.
