trigger auto eogenerate when eotemplate files change

Hi,

Just created a small patch which triggers automatic eogenerator runs
not only on EOModel changes, but also when the .eogen files, or the
referenced template files change.

For performance reasons this patch assumes that the template files
are called '*.eotemplate'. Is that a reasonable assumption? Does
anyone use another suffix?
