after importing sophisticated project from subversion the eclipse refuses to load workbench

steps to reproduce:
* import -> other -> projects from svn -> choose my_sophisticated_project via https
* this project is being developed on linux platform without any problems, I just wanted to import project on the another host
* importing another, simplier projects, works ok on the host on which the problem occurs
* svn checkout goes on without errors
* " An internal error occurred during: "WOLips Include Files Updates". "
* Project is not being revealed in the package explorer
* On exit: "Problems during saving workspace"
* On the next eclipse startup, errors on
* "Initialize java tooling"
* "WOLips include files update"
every view contains error message instead of rendered content; including package explorer
removing the whole filesystem directory from the workspace enables eclipse startup again
