Help - install instruction for WO5.3 + WOLips + JRE1.5 + Windows XP SP2 + eclipse 3.2.2

Hi - I am a newbie to this, and did quite a bit of search to see if there
were any cheat sheets for the above configuration. But I couldn't find any.
The closest is the WO 5.2 on Windows 2K/NT/XP instruction...

So is there a cheat sheet on the web for installation of WOLips on the above
configuration (WO5.3 + WOLips + JRE1.5 + Windows XP SP2 + eclipse 3.2.2)?
