Finder flags

    Hmmm... I have a portable account on my laptop and every time I make
    him sync with the remote home directory I have to manually fix some
    file issues eclipse causes by locking some files with the 'uchg'
    flag. Is there an easy way to forbid him from putting such locks?
    It's very annoying to have to change flags every morning.
