Wrong generated classpath in web.xml

When creating the web.xml with the ssdd ant-target the resulting file has a wrong reference to the woapp.jar. In my case it was:
WEBINFROOT\Resources\Java\ectfront.jar

It should be:
WEBINFROOT/ECTFront.woa/Contents/Resources/Java/ectfront.jar
