WOLips gets very confused in renaming, cleaning and refactoring localized WOComponents

I have succesfully copied my localized project into Eclpse, with per language an .lproj in the Components folder. Some resources are not localized, they are in the Components folder.
I tried to reformat one of the components, but that only refactors the first one. I then tried to do a cleaning of WOBuilder names, That only worked only for the first one. Then I tried to reformat another one, but apparently I did not choose another file, and reformatted the file that was already reformatted, and I ended up with gibberish, in which all the < of stylesheets ended up being translated into > stuff. Also, all the webobjects names were lost.
I restored the files from the XCode project, by copy and pasting, but apparently that did not stick: After saving the file I still got error messages about Elements not being defined in wod files. I decided to do a refresh, and suddenly I got the old renamed bindings back (from before the copying and pasting from the old XCode project).
Also, some of the localized components are not seen at all as HTML sources: they are not colored.
