latest maven plugins require a bootstrap

Hi,

to use the latest maven plugins you have to 'bootstrap' the apple
frameworks again. You also have to change the artifact id and group id.

webobjects.apple -> com.webobjects.apple
java-foundation-> JavaFoundation and so on
