    I downloaded the Eclipse IDE for Java Developers and then proceeded to
    install

    http://webobjects.mdimension.com/wolips/nightly/

    (Standard Install only) and got

    WOLips (3.3.4143) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.pde.ui".
