    That should work for dev. You just need the jars where WOLips/Eclispe
    will find them. WebObjects is basically several jars in certain locations and a
    set of tools. We using Apples tools, so the jars are really all that matter.
    WOLips might care, but if it does, it's not in any way that is obvious to me.
    I've never done it, so I can't positively say that.
