We were in line for five hours, but it turned out to be unnecessary.
The AT&T store we were at ran out at some point (after we got ours),
but the local Apple stores never did. Still, I was glad we did it -
met some interesting people in line and it made the whole thing seem
like more of an adventure.
The guy right in front of us in line said the last time he waited out
front of a store it was to buy a Newton. :)
