re: WOLIPS 5.3?

    Maybe a silly question but when creating a project in WOLIPS the
    wizard presents you with an option for "WOLIPS WO 5.1 and 5.2". Is
    there a way to create a "5.3" project. Are there any licensing
    issues to be aware of when creating a "5.1 or 5.2" project? I
    thought you had to be working with WO 5.3 to benefit from Apple's new
    licensing policy.
