    It's just "randomly stuff breaks". I've run into:

    1) progressive slowdown
    2) some sort of random infinite loop in sql gen in EM (that I never
    remember seeing in 3.2)
    3) Run as=>WOApplication and friends are MIA
    4) completion in wod file occasionally opens up the completion in the
    Java editor that isn't even visible -- this is a cute one
    5) occasionally Open Type dialog freaks out and won't close,
    ultimately resulting in a crash
