That figures, since it can be worked around, I discovered, by
re-launching Eclipse, as Chuck suggested.
What I was doing, as you've correctly guessed, was creating prototypes
at the same time as creating my project entities. This would be
reasonable behaviour I suggest, if as me, you're creating prototypes for
the first time as you work with a new project.
define a prototype you need in your project
use it in your project
Repeat
Ie. Other new users will likely encounter the problem, but by the same
token, it won't be discovered too often. :-)
