Can't create new prototypes and model with them at the same time

Creating new prototypes at the same time you are assigning them to attributes makes EM confused. This would be reasonable behaviour I suggest, if as me, you're creating prototypes for the first time as you work with a new project:
- define a prototype you need in your project
- use it in your project
- repeat
Often the new prototypes are not visible in the drop down. (When creating new attributes, the Prototype pulldown menu fails to offer a full list of all the prototypes I've defined, and suspiciously offers the name of a previously defined prototype.) Closing and opening the models (sometimes) helps and restarting Eclipse fixes this.
