    This looks similiar to the problem I was experiencing. Maybe it has the
    same cause as described in my post titled "Problem with WOApplication
    ant task" and created as issue WOL-519 in Jira.
    Try to find out if the questioned Resources are _exactly_ at the
    position where they should be.
