The file "resources.include.patternset" contains lines like:

**/*.api

Running on Mac OS X this causes *.api files at the base level of the project to be treated as resources, running on Windows, it does not.

If you create a WOApplication template in Windows, and look at the Main.api file, it doesn't have a tiny "R" emblem on its icon, and it doesn't get put in the build/app.woa/Contents/Resources directory by the incremental builder.

I see some earlier bug reports very similar to this that have been closed, but maybe this has reappeared.
