I'm not really sure the best way to deal w/ bug comments ... Is it
possible to have bug comments cc: the list also? Do we even want
that? Right now it's definitely weird (and this has happened
multiple times) that someone logs a bug, and some people respond on
the list to the bug announcement while others respond in the bug
comments.
