Code folding is linked to the new outline view now, too, so expanding/
collapsing either editor folding or nodes of the outline will expand/
collapse the other (when possible). I was trying to hook outline
rollover events to the code folding markers in the editor ruler (the
little lines that appear when you rollover folded areas of the
ruler), but I can't track down the proper API calls to
programmatically cause those to appear ... Hopefully I'll be able to
track that down later.
