Any chance of making the refactor->rename command within the html/wod editor the same as that of when in the Java editor? i.e., cmd+opt+r.

And perhaps instead of cmd+2,w for refactor->convert to wod... cmd+opt+i (which is used by Java editor for Refactor->Inline...) to toggle inline or not.

That would seem to me to make it consistent between editors.
