    Hmm.. This SORT OF sounds like a bug. I would have thought single
    quote would actually be valid inside of a quoted string. I'm not sure
    why it would complain about single quotes in there. I'll have to take
    a look. And this only happens when WO 5.4 validation is specifically
    turned on?
