Do you mean WOLips or Wonder? If you mean Wonder, step one would be to
post on the wonder-disc mailing list vs the woproject-dev ... Both end
up being the same basic procedure, though. Attach a patch to a bug in
either the WOLips or Wonder Jira and they will be reviewed by the
appropriate folks.
