* wocomponent template ended up being double-spaced ... cleaned that up a little bit
* added "lazy html" doctype, which is no doctype at all
* superclass saves in dialog preferences
* selecting a package in package explorer now sets the package rather than the parent foler
* selecting a WO in package explorer will default to its parent folder rather than putting the new component INSIDE the other component
