    A post script to this:

If one (or at least I) use fully qualified package names in the wod
file I get a run time exception that looks like this:

    Error:
    com.webobjects.appserver.parser.declaration.WODeclarationFormatException
: AdminContent: 16:17: Lexical error at line 16, column 20.
    Encountered: "." (46), after : ""
    Reason:
    Lexical error at line 16, column 20. Encountered: "." (46), after : ""

It seems the "."s in the package name are trouble makers. Eliminating
the fully qualified names eliminates the problem.
