There has been support for a Resources/Java/src.jar for a long time
now, and if you wanted to use individual java files, you might as well
link the project itself.
Quite frankly, the classpath in WO is used for *way* to many things:
bundle init order, EO model load order, class discovery.
I think we should ditch all that crap and have our own Bootstrap.jar.
This could read the classpath and other startup params from App.woa/
Contents/Info.plist for all platforms. Then we could also ditch these
unspeakable script files that are used for startup.
