I wouldn't buy a new machine if I was not sure I could install
Tiger, unless it was an emergency. Leopard totally sucks. Good
ideias, but they rushed it out too soon. If I liked to have
constantly weird problems, crashes and bugs, I would use Linux! ;)
Maybe in 10.5.4 or so I'll look into it again.
Anyway, I'm grumpy and old-school, I'm working with someone who's
in your situation (Leopard + shiny new MBP that is much faster than
my powerbook!) and he's not having problems, although he's not using
ant build. I'm only using it on our test delopy server which is Tiger
for now.
