    Not sure I follow ... You're saying that a relationship that is
    flattened does not return true from relationship.flattened in your
    template? That's very strange ... I don't know offhand why that would
    NOT work. isFlattened returns true if relationship.getDefinition()
    "looks like" a keypath.
