    I'm guessing you have WO 5.4 validation enabled ... I believe
    apostrophes in attributes is supposed to be illegal in XML and is
    supposed to be ' . If it turns out that they actually DO parse in
    the 5.4 parser, then let me know and I'll take out the check for that.
