    Currently it renames the component but does NOT refactor to
    references ... It's been an open bug for a while and it's only not
    there because it's really expensive to do -- you have to traverse ALL
    the components in all the projects that reference the project
    containing the refactored component. But this has always bugged me.
    Similarly refactoring methods that are used in bindings do not get
    refactored in WOD's either.
