What is with the configuration manager in Eclipse .... it does not
work for wolips plugins.

Trying to disable and/or replace with previous version is ridiculous.
You do the Uninstall or the Replace and restart and it just does not
work. After a dozen restarts I have uninstalled 2 or the 4 basic
wolips plugins ... but cannot downgrade the other two. What is the
workable technique to go back a version? (besides doing a fresh
install of Eclipse!)
