Windows wobuild.properties file

    I'm using eclipse + wolips + windows. I created a wobuild.properties file with:

    wo.woroot=C:/Apple
    wo.wolocalroot=C:/Apple/Local
    wo.wosystemroot=C:/Apple/Library
    wo.homeroot=C:/Windows/Temp
    eclipse.home=C:/eclipse
    wo.dir.library.frameworks=C:/Apple/Library/Frameworks
    wo.dir.user.home.library=C:/Users/mike/Library

    However, eclipse does not know about the wo jars.
    I copied the webobjects framework files to:

    c:\Apple\Library\Frameworks
    c:\Apple\Local\Library\Frameworks

    What am i doing wrong?
