    Hi, Pascal,

I'll take this off list, since I'm not sure when I'm crossing the
    line into private information here.

I did a whois to find the domain registered under godaddy.com. When I
did a whois on their whois server, it indicated that the the site is
registered to The Primax Group in Cincinnati, OH. Truly sad that I
didn't look into this earlier, because I went through the Cincinnati
airport TWICE in the last three days!

In any case, I called the number listed for The Primax Group (513
772-1223) on their web site (www.primax.com) and reached a man named
Paul. He determined that their company has, indeed, hosted the wocode
website, but he knew nothing about it. He seemed surprised that it
was down, asked how long it had been down and offered to get further
information about it and call me back.

I told him that the content hosted on the site had been contributed
by a fairly large community of technical people and if he couldn't
get the site operational again, could we at least get access to the
data resource. He seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help.

That's the current state of my inquiries.

You said that a lot of people tried to get the content from
wocode.com back, nobody got a reply. Were these email only inquiries?

Do you know if anyone else is actively querying this company by
phone, and if so, what that results of their queries have been?

    Regards,
    Jerry
