I'm pretty sure that it does rename the .html and woo and wod files.
You just have to select your .java file and rename that. It should
bring up a panel telling exactly what it's going to do. You should see
that it shows all the associated files that will be renamed. I've used
it before and it works great. Although I haven't used it in one of the
newer builds, I see no reason why it would not work anymore.
