After build: executable inside .woa refers to home env var that is not available for appserver user if launched from Monitor

Key: WOL-752
URL: http://issues.objectstyle.org/jira/browse/WOL-752
Project: WOProject/WOLips
Issue Type: Bug
Components: wolips
Environment: Local development: OS X, WO 5.3, Eclipse 3.3.2. M20080221-1800, WOLips 3.3.4965
Server deployment: OS X, WO 5.3
Reporter: Marc Gumpinger
The following steps:
1. Build woa in Eclipse
2. Upload woa to server
3. Launch woa in Monitor (referencing the executable inside the woa)
...produce the following error:
Application won't launch.
Reason:
Executable contains references to $home env var that is not accessable for Monitor's appserver user.
Launching the app inside a shell with Monitor's launch arguments works fine
Side problem:
I called the contextual menu's "WOLips Ant Tools/Replace with latest build.xml" on the build.xml. That, however, result in the problem, that the build.xml subsequently tried to reference "src" instead of "Sources".
