Defaults for launch configurations

    Hi there,

    In preferences, most of the launch configuration options are declared
    and ticked by default. This means that your Properties files settings
    will be ignored unless you untick them per launch config.

    Declaring them is all good, but, seeing as most of them are simply re-
    stating what WO's default settings are anyway, do they need to be
    ticked on by default?
