The classpath currently references jars that may not exist (for WO5.4 installs, for example, or other platforms).
e.g., /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaFoundation/Version/A/Resources/Java/javafoundation.jar

However, org.objectstyle.wolips.eomodeler project uses the NEXT_LOCAL_ROOT/Library/WebObjects/lib/... style of reference which works fine.

So the patch to be attached changes the classpath to do the same for the org.objectstyle.wolips.eomodeler.core plugin project.
