If you only use separate workspaces for project grouping or separation
then you should look into working sets within eclipse. All your
projects can exist within the one workspace (they don't need to be
physically located there, only imported into the workspace)
You can then have multiple windows open inside a single eclipse
instance, each with a different working set selected.
