    I just make a copy of the Eclipse directory and name it
    EclipseClone .... then just launch the 2nd Eclipse.app from the
    EclipseClone directory. When I do plugin updates, I trash the
    EclipseClone dir and make a new copy from the "master" Eclipse dir.
