Refresh keyboard shortcut not working

Hi.

Is there any know issue why the Refresh shortcut (F5) in my normal
workspace layout? When I use it (select something in the WO Package
Explorer, hit F5) the Eclipse Window goes to the background and the
menu entries disappear. Only the "Eclipse" menu entry stays.

I have checked my keys configuration and there is nothing special with
it. Context menu entry and menu entry for refresh work as expected.
Any hints?
