Switching perspectives sometimes doesn't work if EOModel editor is opened

With build 5195, when I have an EOModel opened in the EOModel perspective, I can no longer switch to other perspectives in some situations. I first noticed that yesterday...

Steps to reproduce:

-Open any Java file in main window
-Open any EOModel in main window (switches to EOModel perspective)
-Try to change to WOLips/Team Sync/... perspective while EOModel editor is active (doesn't work)
-Will work again, if you select the java file editor first
-Will also work, if the EOModel is the only opened editor

No error in log.
