Using command-line EOGenerator, WOLips is adding an extra -extension parameter when eogenerating

For this project we are still using the old command-line EOGenerator at the moment. Haven't had time to update to the Velocity templates just yet.
When selecting EOGenerate... on a .eogen file, a window pops up with the following error:

Usage: eogenerator -model eoModelName.eomodeld [entities ...]
