I have just been on a journey of several mistaken assumptions and
    ended up where I started.

I am using eclipse 3.3 on Tiger with the nightly release 3.3.5281 of
wolips. I was in software update trying to fix my subversive
installation when eclipse told me there was an update to wolips
stable. With all the recent changes I had been holding off taking
the latest nightly, but if stable was updated then I would grab
    that. I looked in

    http://webobjects.mdimension.com/wolips/stable/site.xml

and saw it was up to version 5385. Now I like to install updates
from local copies so I went to releases and downloaded

    http://webobjects.mdimension.com/wolips/releases/wolips-5385-site.tar.gz

I extracted and installed it as a local site. Now wolips wouldn't
work at all. I checked the version numbers and it was 3.4.5385. It
didn't start with 3.3 like my previous installations. No problem I
have eclipse 3.4 installed and so I incorrectly assumed eclipse 3.4
with wolips was stable. I fired up eclipse 3.4 and installed wolips
3.4.5385. It looked like it was working, except when I went to do an
ant build on one of my projects I got the following error.

    Buildfile: /Users/timc/workspace/myapp_directory/build.xml
    setProps:
    init.install:
    build.woapp:

    BUILD FAILED
    /Users/timc/workspace/myapp_directory/build.xml:55: There is no root
named '/' in [[Root: name = User Frameworks; folder = /Users/mschrag/
    Library/Frameworks], [Root: name = Local Frameworks; folder = /
    Library/Frameworks], [Root: name = System Frameworks; folder = /
System/Library/Frameworks], [Root: name = Network Frameworks; folder
    = /Network/Library/Frameworks]].

    Total time: 510 milliseconds

Sadly, mschrag is not one of the users on my mac. So I rechecked the
    stable version number at http://webobjects.mdimension.com/wolips/
stable/site.xml and discovered it was 3.3.5385 not 3.4.5385. Oh
well, back to eclipse 3.3 and downgrade wolips back to 3.3.5281.

    Tim
