I've founf the wobuild.properties file, so I'm responding here for the
record.
It was created at C:\Documents and Settings\MYNAME\Documents and
Settings\AppData\Local\WOLips\wobuild.properties - a rather non-standard
location!

I'm running the latest nightly (was hotness) under Windows.
Eclipse seems to find the correct location for my Library
frameworks, but the ant build is looking for them under C:\Apple,
instead of under D:\Apple (which is what NEXT_ROOT points to).
I've gone looking for the new wobuild.properties file, but it
hasn't been auto-created in my %USERHOME% directory.
How does the <frameworks> ant task manufacture the location of
the directory when you use the root="Library" attribute?
