To reproduce:

1.) Open WoComponent

2.) Pick a line of html and add two carriage returns

3.) Use the Undo command via the keyboard in the osx case (command-Z)

4.) Repeat Step 2

5.) Try to repeat The Undo will not be detected

This vaguely seems to have something to do with with undo trying to be smart and make a continuous edit of text count as a single undoable item. And then looking for change of selection or focus to make the new undoable section of text. Also some variations on save ... add text ... save ... add text tend to produce undo results that just don't seem quite right.
