From the WOLips blog:
* The system tracks where a framework is located dynamically. If you
open a framework project, all projects that reference the framework
are dynamically rebound to the project. If you close the project, all
referencing projects are rebound to the /Library/Frameworks (or the
next lower in the precedence) version:
If I'm interpreting this correctly it means I can install my
frameworks into let's say ~/Library/Frameworks. Then I can open a
workspace that has MyWebApp imported and uses a ton of these
frameworks. Then if I decide that I want to debug one of these
frameworks I can just import the framework project into my workspace
and it will start using that one instead of the one installed in my ~/
Library/Frameworks/ folder?
We have a ton of frameworks and this could help make my Eclipse feel a
lot faster and light weight!!! Right now I have ALL frameworks
imported and it slows down Eclipse.
